The Professional Association of Parasail Operators (PAPO) is a non-profit organization comprised of concerned, reputable and experienced industry leaders who are committed to the promotion of safety and professionalism in the commercial parasailing industry.
Mission
PAPO endeavors to assist in the development, implementation and management of a new, cohesive set of self-regulating industry standards and guidelines. In order to promote a more safe and professional industry.
Objective
Through safety-first training, education and leadership, the commercial parasailing industry must embrace and adhere to a reasonable set of industry standards and guidelines.
PAPO's first order of business is to gain the attention of the commercial parasail insurance industry. Utilizing an industry lobbying campaign, "Serious About Safety", our goal is to enroll all commercial parasail operators who are genuinely concerned about safety and professionalism, as well as to promote the long-term success of the parasailing industry.
